Airport Transfers
Friday, May 18th, 2007Taxis from the airport are now charging approx 45 Euros. however you can pre book mini bus transfers via the club or Paradise tours, paradise are a little cheaper, the club are easier to book through the travel shop.

Car Parking
Wednesday, May 16th, 2007Well the money spent on landscaping the old car park near the beach as cost owners dearly, it should have been made into a car park for owners. Owners now have to pay to park. what a waste of space! parking in that area was very convenient for some of the exisiting owners now getting on in years.
Garden management
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007One of the pleasures of visiting CPO was the development of the gardens, and on my last visit I was surprised to see the condition of the balconies on 7th and 8th floors, they seem to have been forgotten, I am sure this is due to the refurbishment work in this area, fingers crossed that they are brought back to the condition we all appreciate and have enjoyed for many years.
Safety deposit boxes
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007Well they never give up, why are we paying for something we have already paid for? owners were always excluded from this cost, adding this extra cost to the already high maintenance is an insult, check your travel insurance for valuables locked in a safe, extra insurance should not be needed and owners should not have to pay for this facility already paid for by owners out of their maintenance.

Redecoration
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007Redecoration is nearly complete on the 8th floor of E block and I have to say they look smart and one or two have been refurbished, compliments due here Jack.
