Well they never give up, why are we paying for something we have already paid for? owners were always excluded from this cost, adding this extra cost to the already high maintenance is an insult, check your travel insurance for valuables locked in a safe, extra insurance should not be needed and owners should not have to pay for this facility already paid for by owners out of their maintenance.
